Europeum Hotel - Wroclaw

Family-friendly features made our stay enjoyable.

Attentive and absolutely courteous staff on the reception desk and kept the hotel clean. The restaurant had a great selection of outstanding meals for breakfast. The location was perfect and magnificent, to large shopping centres, better than I ever had before now.

the hotel is modern and functional, everything is fab. make sure you stay in the classic king room with a bath. the attached restaurant in the venue is lovely with excellent food.

The hotel has an excellent central location for exploring.

The heating system was not functioning properly, especially since we had only one night to enjoy the city. When I reached out to the staff for help, the communication was ineffective, leaving me feeling ignored and disappointed, as I was assured the temperature would improve, but it did not. I had to spend a cold night with a noisy fan heater, which took away from our experience.

Good bedding.

Fairly clean place and very good service. A wide array of food available in the restaurant. Nice design of interiors in classic queen room. Competent staff, elegant atmosphere all over the hotel, incredible breakfast.

As for me, this hotel is great value for money for Wroclaw. Comfortable central place all in all, has very hospitable staff at the reception desk. It has unbeatable location to see Old Town- Historic Center.

rooms were bright and spacious with a large bathroom but no windows for freesh air.

This hotel is very well placed for the Old Town of Wroclaw being just a few hundred metres from the main square. It has been very well upgraded and the rooms are delightful.. The Flavours restaurant serves very good food although those in the Rynek have a much better Polish atmosphere.

Comfortable bed, clean room, the hotel's location was perfect to explore the beautiful city centre on foot, just a 2 km distance from the train station, great for an easy arrival and departure.

I enjoyed my stay at the Europeum Hotel very much. It is a new, clean and tidy hotel with good facilities which is perfectly located close to the town square. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and I will definately stay there again when I next visit Wroclaw.

The staff, particularly Anna, were very helpful. The room was spotless, very quiet and the bed was seriously comfortable. Flavours restaurant is very good and the food was lovely. The hotel itself is only 2 minutes walk from the 2 main squares where there are numerous bars and restaurants.

Not being able to open windows may be a problem in very hot weather even with the aircon on

The room was super clean and cozy. Breakfast was a highlight with good warm dishes and friendly staff!

The room quality was modern and comfortable. Great beds.

Location of gymnasium resulted in a noisy room. Staff were cold and dismissive. Room was not serviced by 4pm and it was a big deal to get clean towels.

Very comfortable beds, clean toilet, in general me and my boyfriend were very satisfied with this hotel.

When we ordered sauna, there was no clear information about renting towels, so we ended up going to the reception desk, coming back to the room for the money, going back to the reception desk to pay and again going to the room to have the towels delivered.
